Food in the wilderness resort :: What we want to eat, what you can eat!

What food? Typical Indian food could be enjoyable for the foreign visitors to our jungle resort for a short period, but how long will they be able to take it? Perhaps we need a cook who can do good continental as well as Indian food. Kerala food is an option, and probably we will have to hire a cook from one of the established Kerala hotels.
