ViewSonic is the second company rumored to launch a Windows XP phone. Chinese company In Technology Group (ITG) has been in the news for quite a while for its upcoming ITG XpPhone, expected to arrive via AT&T, Vodafone, and Orange.

The ITG Windows XpPhone is powered by an AMD Super Mobile processor and will come with 512MB and 1GB RAM.

The slide-out phone has a 4.8-inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a QWERTY keyboard.

The phone is said to support both SSD and HDD drives simultaneously to save power.

The company is currently taking pre-orders for the ITG Windows XpPhone. There is no information about the launch date or price of the ITG Windows XpPhone.

If ITG does not launch its Windows XpPhone phone soon, it will be pipped to the post by ViewSonic as the first company to launch a Windows XP phone.
