TECH - TRACMAIL'S NEW SENIOR VP INDIA OPERATIONS

 

 

N. Nilakantan is new Senior Vice President, India Operations for Tracmail

13 July, 2005: Tracmail, a unit of TWS, rated by NASSCOM as one of India's leading BPO firms, announced the appointment of N. Nilakantan, as Senior Vice President of the company. Nilakantan has joined Tracmail to head the Vashi, Mumbai facility which is the company's prime offshore facility employing over 700 employees.

Nilakantan brings to Tracmail over 22 years of experience in Operations, Business Development & Sales and Marketing. He has worked in diverse sectors and with companies like GE Capital, Reliance Info- streams, Easycall India., Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., etc. At Tracmail, Nilakantan will be responsible for strengthening the client delivery mechanism in India to deliver North American quality standards. His extensive knowledge of various sectors including IT enabled services, Office Automation and Business Process Outsourcing gives him the required judgment, perspective and management skills.
