plssss……. reply me….. i bought tata photon whiz..few days ago. from where i bought thay said speed is 153 kbps.. but i am not getting this.. my download speed is onky 4-5 kbps..why? plssss.inform me.. my no. 9233456062..(whiz)

Sir, I am Ishan Shah studying in college from vadodara, Gujarat, India. I presently using youtelecom broadband services and its scheme is one month for one GB. But from a few days I came to know that BSNL started new scheme for its wi-fi system and data card just like your surfathon . today I asked to one of your service center at fatehgunj and asked about the rate for unlimited downloading and uploading using surfathon. and the rate is about 2500/- Rs. and I get 2 months free. but after two month i have to pay approx. 1099 Rs. per month which is too costly and the speed is only 153 kbps. while BSNL wireless data card’s speed is 144kbps but its per month rental is just about approx. 280/- only. so in this time of competition , can u please decrease your rate just like a BSNL otherwise i can say that if we compare cost nobody will take tata surfathon and all moves to BSNL. I know tata provide good network and services but think about the majority common man. BSNL data card is costed 3200 with tax. hope u take all matter positively. I am waiting for your reply as soon as possible because I need unlimited downloading with upto 2 Mbps speed. Thank you.
