Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd has announced the launch of 3G Value Added Services for its 3G subscribers in Mumbai. MTNL will launch these new offerings along with Spice Digital, a cell phone VAS provider. The 3G value added services include 3G Video VAS Portal, Video Greetings, Video Avatar, and Video Handycam services over Video Calling.

MTNL have announced the deployment of Video Mail service over its next generation 3G Mobile services in Delhi and Mumbai, in collaboration with Tanla Solutions.
