Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd has announced the launch of 3G Value Added Services for its 3G subscribers in Mumbai. MTNL will launch these new offerings along with Spice Digital, a cell phone VAS provider. The 3G value added services include 3G Video VAS Portal, Video Greetings, Video Avatar, and Video Handycam services over Video Calling.
