China's In Technology Group (ITG) has officially announced its new 3G xpPhone. The company had put up a preorder page for the ITG 3G xpPhone in September 2009.

China's In Technology Group (ITG) is planning to launch a mobile phone with Windows XP running on it, the ITG XpPhone, via AT&T, Vodafone and Orange.
