Samsung CorbyPlus B3410, CorbyPro B5310 launched in India
Samsung has added two new phones to its highly successful Samsung Corby range in India, the Samsung CorbyPlus B3410 and Samsung CorbyPro B5310.Both the CorbyPlus B3410 and CorbyPro B5310 are messaging phones, aimed at the youth segment in India.
Ranjit Yadav, Director, Mobile and IT , Samsung India Electronics Ltd, said, “Both the CorbyPlus and CorbyPro are designed to cater to the social networking needs of today’s youth.”
He added that the hybrid design with the touch UI, slide-out QWERTY keypad, Live chat, one click access to social networking sites and easy email set up, “all provide consumers with brilliant messaging and connectivity capabilities, at a touch.”

The Samsung CorbyPlus B3410 slider phone, known as the Samsung B3410 internationally, has a 2.6-inch QVGA touchscreen display, with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, and a full QWERTY keyboard.
The phone come with Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface, 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth v 2.1, FM Radio with recording capability, 3.5-mm headset jack, internal memory of 30MB and MicroSD card support.
Messaging features include Buddy List, Chat Style SMS, IM, Easy Email Set up wizard, access to social networking sites, such as Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
The phone works on GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 2G network. The Samsung CorbyPlus B3410 phone comes with a Standby time of up to 670 hours and Talktime of up to 5 hours and 50 mins.
The Samsung CorbyPlus B3410 will be available at a price of Rs 10,050.

The Samsung CorbyPro B5310 has a 2.8-inch resistive touchscreen with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a full QWERTY keyboard.
This phone works on both 2G GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and 3G HSDPA 900/2100 networks. There is a 3.15MP camera with video recording, fashion jackets in different colors, 3.5-mm headset jack, Stereo FM with RDS, 100MB internal memory, SMS, MMS, email and Instant Messenger.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, microUSB v2.0, and GPS with A-GPS support.
The Samsung CorbyPro B5310 will be available at a price of Rs 13,900.
The other Samsung Corby phones in India are the Samsung Corby S3653 (S3650), Samsung Corby TXT B3210 and Samsung Corby Mate B3313.
