Nokia has added features such as
Bluetooth GPS Module LD-4W, Bluetooth
Stereo Headset BH-903, Bluetooth
Headset BH-902, Bluetooth Speakers
MD-7W, and Power Pack DC-1 in its
Nseries multimedia computers.
Reports say that the Nokia Bluetooth
GPS Module LD-4W combines Nseries
style with navigation, and is
compatible with a wide range of Nokia
devices and Nokia Maps. Weighing just
31 gm, the GPS module has up to 10
hours of operating time, and a LED
indicator to alert users to GPS
activation, power and battery status,
and Bluetooth connectivity status.
The enhancements will be introduced in
the fourth quarter of 2007 across the
world and will carry a price tag of
around 125 euros (approximately Rs
7000.)
The other enhancement, the Bluetooth
Headset BH-903, supports compatible
devices with Bluetooth A2DP, AVRCP,
PBAP, HFP, and HSP profiles. It acts
as a state-of-the-art remote control
with the OLED display. Further, when
the user gets a call while he is
listening to music, the headset
automatically switches to talk mode
and returns to music after the call.
The headset is expected to cost around
200 euros (approximately Rs 11,000.)
The Bluetooth Headset BH-902 has an
OLED display and indicates when a user
receives a MMS or SMS message. The
BH-902 comes with an in-box neckstrap,
clip, and flexible in-ear ear plugs
and will be priced at 15 euros
(approximately Rs 6,440.) Meanwhile,
the Bluetooth Speakers MD-7W promise
3D stereo widening sound and dynamic
bass control. They come with magnetic
attachments for easy portability, and
an LED indicator for on/off, pairing
mode, and battery status, and will
cost about 130 euros (approximately Rs
7300.)
