NFS Need for Speed Carbon: News and screenshots

EA releases some info about the Need for Speed Carbon.

BY A CORRESPONDENT
June 1, 2006

EA has officially released some pictures and information about the latest Need for Speed, the NFS Carbon. The data were made available to the press at the E3 and the images and the info shows that the Need for Speed has shifted the nail-biting racing game from streets to snaking canyons.

The Need for Speed carbon offers the latest in gaming technologies and promises to be the "world's most dangerous and adrenaline-filled form of street racing." As in every Need for Speed adventure, the police is right behind your tail to put an end to your aggressive racing.

There are speculations about the new NFS carbon that the game would be more like a conquest game, you may have to snatch districts from your enemies. The game may also include the option to recruit team members on our own and the option to build your own racing posse.

The Need for Speed Carbon uses EA Sport's latest Autosculpt technology, so that you have the 'power to design and tweak your crew's cars in every way". Those who have their first hands on the Need for Speed Carbon will be the XBox 360 and Sony PS3 users. The game will be available to them in November.
