Role in Harry Potter movie as prize for MSN quiz winner

Here is a chance for the fans of J K Rowling’s Harry Potter series of books (and movies, too) to win a walk-on part in the next film Harry Potter film, Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince.

The winner of a competition, which is being conducted by the website MSN, will get a role in Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, which is scheduled for release in November 2008.

Questions about J K Rowling’s seven-volume, phenomenally popular Harry Potter series will be posted on the MSN website every week till December 20, 2007.

In a statement, Mike Lok, entertainment manager of the MSN website, said, “We are so excited about being able to offer this amazing prize to one Harry Potter fan. This really will make someone’s Christmas dreams come true. Needless to say, we expect this to be a highly contested competition.”

The contest is open to the users of the MSN website in the United Kingdom.

Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince is the sixth installment in the book series.

Daniel Radcliffe will once again play the role of Harry Potter, the schoolboy wizard, alongside Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who play Hermione Granger and Ron Weasly, respectively. In the story, the three take on the dreaded Voldemort.
