Motorola introduces PEBL mobile phone BY TOMS M 31 August, 2005: One of the leading mobile phone manufacturers in the world, Motorola has unveiled new Motorola PEBL which elevates mobile design to a new level.  The mobile phone has a smooth oval form and has a dual-hinge mechanism to open and close the device with one swift, delicate motion. The Motorola PEBL is equipped with hi-tech capabilities including video capture and playback, and Bluetooth wireless technology. The PEBL mobile phone comes loaded with multimedia features and video capabilities. Using the "just shoot and send" features, videos can be sent to friends or relatives using Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS). The phone has an embedded VGA camera, picture caller ID and dynamic color display.  Using the PEBL, one can download data with ease, browse the World Wide Web and share multimedia files. Bluetooth technology delivers seamless connections to compatible headsets and car kits. With SCREEN3 technology, the user will get direct access to news, sports, entertainment, and other premium content. The Motorola PEBL comes in oval-shaped design with elegant silver finish, dual-hinge technique for graceful open and close and vertical external display. The phone has video capture MPEG4 for shooting and replaying home videos. The phone has an Integrated VGA digital camera with picture caller-ID.  Other main features of PEBL include downloadable games, screensavers and MP3 ringtones.  The Motorola PEBL is expected to be launched in the second half of 2005.
