Its really very gud for the customers who are facing continuous problem of low coverage and have distribute their numbers to all. Now they can easily changed to other operator in their Service Area.

Personal experience, Tata Indicom network is bad.. Not sure abt DOCOMO.. though.

Reliance network used to be the best once upon a time i’m talking abt 6 yrs ago.. Now, with the increase in their customer base, the call & network quality are being compromised. Many a times my friends call n say, ur mobile is switched off.. though it never actually is!!!
