The Micromax X510 Pike is a 7.1 cm full touchscreen phone from the company, which has a range of low-cost phones in India. The 7.1 cm display has a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels and has just two hard keys (function keys) at the bottom of the touchscreen. Some of its key features include a multi format music player, TFT 262K Colors, 2MP Camera, WiFi, 3.5 mm jack, Bluetooth, Video player and FM radio. With a dimension of 110.2×55×14.75 mm, the Micromax X510 Pike phone operates at frequencies of GSM 900 / 1800 MHz and its camera can take a picture at a resolution of 1600 x 1200. Moreover, you can record videos and save them in MP4, 3GP and AVI formats.

The phone is powered by reasonaly powerful 1500mAh Li-ion battery that can provide up to 8 hours of talk-time and around 16 days of standby time. The X510 Pike mobile phone has a phone book memory of 1000 and can store upto 500 SMS messages. Built-in storage memory is at 8 GB, but it can be extended upto 16GB with the microSD card slot. The phone supports WiFi, Bluetoth, GPRS and WAP for connectivity.

Social networking is what the new generation wants, and even the budget phones in India now provide social networking built in. The Micromax X510 Pike is no different, and is Snaptu and Facebook-ready. The mobile phone comes preloaded with Nimbuzz instant messenger and for browsing, you have the Opera Mini browser. The phone also supports Java.

This is a phone that looks much more expensive than its price. At least from the official photos, the X510 Pike looks very sophisticated with a great finish. It comes with five back panel colors, including black, red, silver, orange and yellow and weighs just 103.3 grams.
