China’s In Technology Group (ITG) has officially announced its new 3G xpPhone. The company had put up a preorder page for the ITG 3G xpPhone in September 2009.The phone will be available via AT&T, Vodafone and Orange.

The ITG xpPhone has a 4.8-inch 800 x 480 touch screen display with a full QWERTY keyboard complemented with a numeric keypad.
The phone comes with a basic 1.3-megapixel camera, VGA output, and has 512MB/1GB RAM.
ITG has said that the xpPhone can connect to devices, such as projector, scanner, printer, mouse, keyboard, television, monitor, U disk, portable hard disk and digital cameras like PCs.
The ITG xpPhone has an AMD Super Mobile Processor and runs on the Windows XP operating system. The company has said that users can run all types of software on the phone just like in a laptop.

The phone comes with an hard disk capacities of 30GB/60GB/80GB/120GB, and SSD onboard capacities of 8GB/16GB/32GB/64GB.
The phone runs on GSM/GPRS/EDGE and CDMA and offers support for HSDPA, HSUPA and EVDO as well.
