Fujitsu has began to ship the 15.6-inch LifeBook AH572 in the United States at a price of $999.
The LifeBook laptop that Fujitsu showcased at the CES 2011 in January is powered by Intel’s 2nd generation Sandy Bridge processors and boasts 3D capabilities. You get one pair of 3D glasses free with the laptop.
If its price wasn’t incentive enough, Fujitsu also has special offers going on for its U.S. customers. The company is giving away a 500GB DISKGO 2.5 Portable USB hard drive free with the laptop. If you don’t need the hard drive, you can opt for a free Coby CAM5001digital HD camcorder instead.
The Fujitsu laptop is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Core i5 processor and runs Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The LifeBook features a 15.6-inch WXGA HD display with 3D XPOL filter. Also see: Sony VAIO 3D laptop
Fujitsu LifeBook AH572 has Intel HD 3000 graphics with up to 1.7GB of shared video memory. The laptop comes with 4GB RAM and 250GB hard drive. Suggested read: Dell 3D laptop XPS 17
To get you the best of multimedia experience, the Fujitsu laptop has an integrated Blu-ray ROM optical drive that plays both standard and 3D Blu-ray movies. The AH572 has integrated dual cameras to capture pictures and record videos in 3D mode.
Connectivity options are aplenty with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet port, HDMI, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 3 USB 2.0 ports and a Memory Stick/SD slot. You can charge the laptop through USB.
Fujitsu LifeBook AH572 ha a spill-resistant keyboard with a separate numeric keypad. A 6-cell Lithium-ion battery powers the laptop and gives up to 7 hours and 50 minutes of run time.
