Dell has launched a new Alienware series desktop named Dell Alienware Aurora R2 AAR2-1222CSB priced at $1,499.99.
The Dell Alienware Aurora R2 AAR2-1222CSB runs on Intel 2.8 GHz i5-760 quad core processor. As you’d expect of the gaming brand, Dell Alienware Aurora R2 AAR2-1222CSB packs in ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics processors and 1 GB of DDR5 video memory which should let you run your fast-paced games smoothly. Further, the desktop is preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system and comes integrated with ATI CrossFireX and DirectX 11. The Alienware Aurora also poses PCI Express expansion slots.

Meanwhile, Dell will soon be discontinuing the production of its Dell Adamo ultra-thin laptop. According to CNET, Dell will produce a new ultrathin laptop within the next 6 months. The company said that its new ultra thin laptop will bear an Inspiron, XPS, or Alienware brand name rather than Adamo.
