Canon experience store in Pune, India

In a move to provide customers with a new shopping experience, Canon has launched the first Canon 'X'perience Zone' in Pune. The new 'X'perience Zone' will showcase Canon’s vast range of offerings in the consumer space including printers, scanners, projectors, digital cameras, digital camcorders under one retail roof. The Canon X'perience store aims to allow customers to touch, feel and experience the product before actually buying it.

The customers can obtain first hand information on new products launched and make an informed choice of purchase. Canon says that the experience store is an attempt to provide consumers with an interactive and informative shopping experience.

According V P Sajeevan, Assistant Director- Consumer System Products division, Canon, this new store is aimed at retaining, and wining over, customers' loyalty by simplifying the buying decisions and delivering a fun-filled shopping experience. From the moment the customers enter to the moment they leave, they will be provided with a streamlined approach, enabling greater convenience in experiencing the comprehensive range of consumer system products from Canon all in one place and under one roof.

“We have received an overwhelming response from our customers. We are aiming to reach out to our customers with an objective of strengthening our relationship with them. The company also hopes to generate more walk - ins and provide the consumer with a product experience exactly as if he was in his house using the product,” he said.
