Big TV scales Mt Everest

A BIG TV direct-to-home connection was set-up at “Dropadi ka Danda” in the premises of the Base Camp of the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) situated at 15,317 ft above sea level in the Mt. Everest.

A team of 24 members started the trek on November 26 from Uttarkashi and reached the base camp braving -3 degrees and snow storms and snow falls to reach the base camp on November 30. The installation team was lead by chief installer, Kapil from BIG TV and the NIM team was lead by Satish from NIM.
