Asus has now unveiled its ultrathin netbook, the Asus Eee PC 1201T in China, in a slew of netbook launches in the past two days. 

The Asus EE PC 1201T is powered by a dual core 1.6GHz AMD Neo MV40 processor, instead of the Intel atom processor, and ATI RAdeon HD3200 graphics.
The dual core should up the speed of the netbook considerably.
The netbook has a 12.1-inch LED-backlit screen with resolution of 1366×768 pixels. The Asus Eee PC 1201T netbook measures 11.7×8.2x 1.3 inches and weighs less than 3.1 pounds.
It will come with 2GB DDR2 RAM, 320GB hard drive or Asus Hybrid storage 256GB with 500GB of Asus Web storage.
Other features of the Asus Eee PC 1201T netbook include optional Bluetooth 2.1, three USB ports, WiFi with specifications of 802.11b/g/n, memory card reader, mic-in and headphone jacks, and Ethernet LAN with RJ-45.
The Asus Eee PC 1201T netbook has a 6-cell battery which offers up to 4 hours of battery life.
There is no information available about the price of the Asus Eee PC 1201T.
Asus also launched the Asus Eee PC 1201HA in the US market via the Best Buy electronics store at a price of $330, with free shipping, as part of a cyber monday deal.
The Asus Eee PC 1201HA netbook is powered by the 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor and Intel US15W / GMA 500 graphics. Thus, the Asus Eee PC 1201HA is likely to have a slower CPU than the Asus Eee PC 1201T but it has a longer battery life of 6 hours and 38 minutes.
