Asus has launched the Asus Eee PC 1201HA netbook in the US market. The netbook will be available at the Best Buy electronics store at a price of $330, with free shipping, as part of a cyber monday deal.

The Asus Eee PC 1201HA has a 12.1-inch monitor with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a touchpad that supports multitouch gestures.
It measures 11.7 x 8.2 x 1.3 inches, weighs 3.1 pounds, and is available in one color, Black.
The netbook is powered by the 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor and Intel US15W / GMA 500 graphics.
The Asus Eee PC 1201HA runs the Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition operating system with Service Pack 3 (SP3) preinstalled.

The netbook comes with 1GB RAM expandable to 2GB, 160GB HDD, 500 GB web-based storage, WiFi, Windows XP, three USB ports, and a 3-in-1 digital media card reader.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth, built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet LAN with RJ-45 connector, WiFi with specifications of 802.11b/g/n.
The Asus Eee PC 1201 HA comes with a 6-cell lithium-ion battery that offers 6 hours and 38 minutes of battery life.
Yesterday Asus had launched the Asus Eee PC T91 MT multitouch netbook at a price of $532. Like the Asus Eee PC 1201HA, the Asus Eee PC T91 MT is also powered by an Intel Atom Z520 1.33 GHz processor but it runs Windows 7 Premium.
