The customer support number supposed to be 24x7 - is never answered. Amazing part is that if you have been trying to reach the customer support - you never will. I subscribed to India One by seeing one of the advertisements - and figured out that whenever I call from my hotel - it assumes that I am someone else [because someone already registered this hotel number for quick calling] - and would never let me dial. Call to customer support are never answered. The 24x7 customer suport is never working and the mails are reverted with an automated message bragging about reverting in 1 working day - that never comes. Bad service.
