Acer has launched the Acer Ferrari One FO200-1799 notebook PC in the US market, in time for the holiday season.
The Acer Ferrari One FO200-1799 has an 11.6-inch HD widescreen display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. It is powered by an 1.20 GHz MD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processor L310 and runs Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
The notebook measures 11.2 x 8.03 x 0.9/1.2 inches and weighs 3.31 pounds.
The notebook packs ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3200 Graphics for good visual quality, 4GB DDR2 RAM, and 250GB 5400rpm HDD.
The Acer Ferrari One FO200-1799 notebook is equipped with a Ferrari-engraved multi-gesture trackpad and a Crystal Eye webcam.
Using the multi-gesture trackpad users can pinch, flick, zoom in and out, and move their fingers on the touchpad to navigate web pages, photos, spreadsheets and documents.
The Acer Crystal Eye webcam offers quality video chats and VoIP.
As for connectivity there is 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, three USB 2.0 ports, one VGA output, Gigabit Ethernet, and multi-in-1 digital media card reader.
Multimedia features include two built-in speakers and Dolby Home Theater Audio Enhancement for surround sounds and bass effects. The Acer Ferrari One FO200-1799 comes with a 6-cell lithium-ion battery that provides up to five hours of battery life.
The Acer Ferrari One FO200-1799 notebook is available at a price of $599.99 with a one-year limited warranty at Acer’s authorized resellers and major retailers throughout the country.
