Karina Buttner is Miss Universo Paraguay 2005

 Twenty-two year old Karina Buttner has won the
prestigious title of Miss Universe Paraguay 2005, at the
beauty pageant held at the Yacht and Golf Club Paraguayo. She
stands 180 cm tall. Karina Buttner will now represent Paraguay
at the Miss Universe 2005 in Bangkok on May 30, 2005.
The event was organized by Telefuturo and Promociones Gloria.
The first runner-up (called virreina) was Emilse Gomez (23),
who will represent Paraguay at this year's Miss World 2005.
The other runners-ups called (princesas) are Paloma Navarro
(20) and Rosanna Beltran (18).
Karina Buttner also bagged the Most Beautiful Skin Award,
awarded by Marco Trovato, and Paloma Navarro won Best Figure,
awarded by Boanerges Gaeta Jr. Larissa Mendoza won the Miss
Congeniality Award, and Emilse Gomez was Miss Photogenic.
