Too sexy for airline, perfect for Playboy21 November, 2007
Kyla Ebbert, the 23-year-old who got shunted out of a Southwest Airlines flight for wearing a revealing outfit, is back in the news. Kyla has appeared on Playboy's website in a series of nude pictures in the photo series titled, Legs in the Air. A few days ago, Southwest Airlines had asked Ebbert to get off and adjust her sexy outfit before getting back on the plane. Irked and embarrassed, Ebbert had gone public in television shows wearing the same outfit and blasting the airline company. However, Southwest officials said they did so as they didn’t want customers' attire to offend other passengers. The airline had even gone a step further ahead by promoting a fare sale honoring the sexy miniskirt. This too was taken in offence by Ebbert as she thought that was a double-entendre-laced message. Playboy, in the meantime seems to have made most of the episode by making Ebbert pose in the buff for photographs. After seeing the pictures, the 23-year-old endorsed them saying that they were very tastefully done. An AP report said that Playboy had to do some convincing to make Ebbert’s mother give the nod for the photographs. Meanwhile, Ebbert had extracted her boyfriend’s support though her dad is not yet convinced on why his daughter bared all. However, Ebbert is now rich and famous with Playboy paying her an amount ‘less than six figures.’ It now remains to be seen whether the nude pictures would now stand in the way of Ebbert’s career. An aspiring attorney, Ebbert doesn't think posing nude should get in the way of her professional aspirations.
