Kseniya Sukhinova, Miss Russia 2008, is the winner of the Miss World 2008 contest. Kseniya Sukhinova was the favorite of the bookies. Sukhinova is also the Miss World Top Model award winner and the 2nd runner-up in the swimsuit competition.

Kseniya Sukhinova comes from Nizhnevartovsk in the Tyumen region, found in the north west of Siberia. Kseniya Sukhonova is pursuing a B. The second runner-up was Miss Trinidad & Tobago World 2008, Gabrielle Walcott. 24-year-old Gabrielle belongs to Trinidad and has a degree in Visual and Theatre Arts from the University of the West Indies.
She is pursuing a second degree in Acting and Theatre Arts, in New York.

Gabrielle is currently a youth ambassador to the UN.

Her motto is Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.
