Hi…All,

Nowadays,it is becomming fashion & social status in Dwarka Flats Owners to let-out their property on Company Lease. Owners feel that they can proudly annouces in their society or to knowns ones that they have used or misused the Broker and got best deal. Being a Property Consultant based in Dwarka,we do experience the same as stated above by gentleman.We do face lot of challenges & issues like TDS deduction of 15.36% on Rent later on ( Landlords unaware of this calculation).

Somehow, Landlords now have changed there perception & willing to give on personal lease.

As I said earlier, being Property consultant and deal into residential/commercial property in Dwarka ,we come across almost once a week on this issue and to some extend Landlords either staying in Dwarka or Delhi do except personal Lease.But Landlords who stay out of Delhi are generally keen for Company lease ( just for safer side of getting rent on time).

Please don’t hesitate if any one need my assistance or help in Dwarka for Residential or Commerical property either for Rent/Lease or Sale/Purchase.

Hi, ur exp in finding a rented accomodation in dwarka seems valuable for me. I m also looking for a decent accomodation in dwarka! Though I have that company lease facility with me. Can u tell me how to get some nice affordable accomodation in dwarka n wat wud be the range for it. I m for 2BHK. rite now i m in Agra so hav little time to explore other than on sundays.

Tell me about finicky landlords. Since you have been in Mumbai, you must be knowing of Jain societies that will NOT let out houses to non-vegetarians. Same goes with bachelors. Now , the company lease bias..
