Cage will play Roth, a prizefighter who has spent more than 40 years as a volunteer boxing coach in Louisiana state prisons. He comes across an inmate, 50 Cent, who he feels has the potential to be a contender.

Neil Tolkin, of The Emperor's Club, will write the script for The Dance.

Nicholas Cage's next release would be Oliver Stone's World Trade Center that will hit the theatres this summer. Currently, Cage is shooting the sci-fi film Next with Julianne Moore.

50 Cent will appear in Home of the Brave, which would be his second foray into acting and Hollywood. His first movie was Get Rich or Die Tryin' which hit the screens in 2005.
