The consolidation and unification of the motor world continues. Daimler and Renault have confirmed they will co-operate on platform and drivetrain sharing. The deal will see the two auto majors collaborating on future products.
Woah. This is big news. The upstart Brawn GP which blew away most of the Formula One teams in the first half of the year, and went on to take both 2009 F1 driver's championship and constructors' championship has been practically taken over by one of the biggest automobile manufacturers in the world, Mercedes.
