Road America, the largest vintage car event in North America, is seeing a special public debut of one of the hugely anticipated cars of all time. Auto behemoth Ford has lined up its 2010 Mustang at the event. The 2010 Mustang is being presented in a special camouflaged package, keeping some key design cues secret until its launch scheduled for the latter part of the current year. It is being pointed out that though camouflaged, the 2010 version of the Ford Mustang sports muscles and is eminently futuristic.

Ford’s strategy is to meet car enthusiasts and potential customers face-to-face at the vintage car event Road America. It is being said that Road America and the vintage weekend would provide an opportunity for Ford’s customers to get behind the wheel and test drive the car. Besides, Ford will also show off its new product line at the event.

Meanwhile, auto enthusiasts are just looking ahead to know how a 2010 Mustang would look like. The camouflage is a deterrent but experts believe that the features include a redesigned steering wheel and chrome-ringed gages. Besides, the wheel and tyre package seem identical to what were sported by the earlier Mustang GT500. The car is likely to have raised hood , which could mean it covers a larger motor .

The camouflaged Ford Mustang 2010 version will have a 2009 Ford Mustang Bullitt and a 2009 Ford Fusion with a limited-edition Blue Suede Package for company at the event.

A Mustang Corral would be featured at the event. Every Ford Mustang and its occupants will be admitted free on the day of the event to the Kohler International Challenge presented by Ford, it said.

For those who would love a test drive, Ford would have on offer the 2009 Flex, Escape, Edge, Fusion and Focus coupe as part of the event.
