Build up for Suzuki Alto launch in UK

In line with plans to make the models more luring, Suzuki Great Britain has also unveiled a new website for the soon to arrive Alto model.

Car enthusiasts in the UK are said to be eagerly awaiting the Alto city car, and the company plans to roll out the model on March 1. The  car will boast of CO2 emissions of only 103 g/km and fuel economy of over 62 mpg.

Japanese automotive major Suzuki’s British operations is battling troubled economic conditions with a plan to provide value for money to its customers, worldwide. As per the plan, the car maker has extended its competitive finance offers across its car range. The latest Suzuki Alto has just been launched in India as the Suzuki A-Star, as the last generation Alto still continues to sell under the Alto brand name there..

Meanwhile, as per decision on the competitive financing options, the company has said that in the global market place the Swift model, including the limited edition Attitude, Splash and SX4 models will qualify for 2 years on a zero per cent interest, subject to a 50 per cent deposit. A period of 3 years will be on zero finance for Grand Vitara if a 40 per cent deposit is made.

Suzuki is lining up its 1.6-litre Swift Sport super mini in a wide range of stylish colours foreseeing demand in year 2009. The company said it has added a new hue in cool white pearl metallic paint making the colours to four. Added to this it is also adding a full range of accessories for its Swift Sport model.
It has been pointed out that internet savvy car buyers would be able to virtually drive through an interactive city environment featured on www.theperfectwayfromatob.co.uk, and walk away with a host of attractions. The portal gives an idea on the car’s green credentials and the new Alto national TV advertisement, said auto news reports.
