Porsche all-electric Boxster now under testing

Porsche has started testing its three all-electric Boxsters in Germany. The Porsche Boxster is powered by twin electric motors that produce a total output of 241 bhp, and a battery pack that produces 29 kWh of power.

Pictures of a face-lifted 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan, which was supposed to be unveiled at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show in March 2011, have found their way on the web. The photos sprang up on Volkswagen's German site but were promptly removed without any explanation.

Mahindra TR40 misses fuel efficiency goal in the U.S.

Mahindra TR40, the pick-up truck designed for the U.S. market, is back in the news for yet another controversy. According to FuelEconomy.gov, the TR40 returns a mileage of 19/21 mpg in city and highway respectively. That's 9 mpg less than Mahindra's claim of 30 mpg initially!
