DigitalLife Magazines from Ziff Davis Media

NEW YORK, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Ziff Davis Media announced today the launch of the DigitalLife summer and holiday season newsstand only magazines, which will debut in June and October 2005, respectively. The DigitalLife publications are brand extensions of Ziff Davis Media's new and popular consumer electronics event DigitalLife (http://www.digitallife.com), which is held annually in October at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

The DigitalLife magazines will provide consumers with informative, entertaining articles and product reviews about which consumer electronics products and services to purchase and how these products can enhance a variety of summer activities and holiday experiences.

"The DigitalLife event last year was packed with consumers and clearly manufacturers and their potential customers were looking for a place to interact -. to ask questions and learn about the latest consumer electronics technologies and videogames on the market," said Jeremy Kaplan, Editor, DigitalLife magazine. "The DigitalLife magazines will broaden and deepen that experience, providing consumers with fun and useful how-to information and valuable advice for how to make the most of their consumer electronics investments."

The summer edition of DigitalLife is scheduled to go on sale nationwide on June 7, 2005, while the holiday edition will be available on October 11, 2005. The holiday edition is timed to coincide with the launch of the second annual DigitalLife event, which takes place from October 14-16. Each edition will launch with 150,000 copies and will be featured solely on newsstands with a cover price of $4.99.
