This summer, Marvel Designs (publisher of Home Review) will launch a new health and fitness magazine aimed at the growing population of health conscious individuals across India.
“Our active, discerning and affluent readers believe in taking care of their families, their careers and the future. Wellness is here to help them take care of themselves,” says Anish Bajaj, Publisher, Wellness magazine.
Apart from health and fitness, the magazine will focus on the spa culture. Wellness will provide information about different kinds of spas to help readers make the right choice. It will also cover lifestyle makeovers, diets, and beauty.
The first issue will carry profiles of the Sereno and Ananda spas, and provide information on new fitness options like spinning. The issue will cover botox, analyse the Glycemic Index diet and provide a holistic view on Kin Hin and Vipassana. The issue will also contain an interview with Dino Morea who talks about his ‘wellness’ quotient and how to make small changes that could have a big impact on your life.
Adds Natalie Pedder, Editor of Wellness, “Wellness works as a guide to improving the way you look and live, helping you discover the secrets of feeling fantastic. It is your personal connection to fitness and health, also spot lighting the wellness secrets of the hottest spas.”
Wellness, priced at Rs 75, will be distributed by India Book House. It will be available at all leading bookstores and news stands across India.
