Rambler strips on highway

What do you make of that?

Someone was rambling, kept rambling, and then they stripped on a public highway?

This headline appeared in DNA Navi Mumbai.

It seems the correspondent was taken in by the vernacular accent. The story talks about rumbler strips being placed on the Sion - Panvel highway to reduce vehicle speeds. Nothing as exciting as a striptease on the highway.
