Alaska Airlines and sister regional
carrier Horizon Air have joined hands
to offer something new for California
travellers. The plan, named Double
Miles is exclusively for Californian
passengers travelling in any of the
two airlines' flights.
The Double Miles offer is exclusively
for Alaska Airlines' Mileage Plan
Members who book their ticket online
at alaskaair.com and complete the
travel by 4 April 2007. Passengers who
fly between any of the airlines' 16
California destinations and anywhere
else the airlines fly throughout the
US, Canada and Mexico can avail of
this Double Miles offer from Alaska
Airlines and Horizon Air.
Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air's
California destinations are Burbank,
Eureka/Arcata, Fresno, Long Beach, Los
Angeles, Oakland, Ontario, Orange
County, Palm Springs, Redding, Reno,
Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco,
San Jose and Santa Barbara. On 20
March 2007, Horizon Air will launch
its Sonoma County/ Santa Rosa flight.
The Double Miles offer from Alaska
Airlines and Horizon Air is much more
profitable and advantageous than many
other frequent flier programs of other
carriers. The Double Miles users can
earn and redeem mileage using their
offer.
The Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan
members can earn mileage through its
