1. I have few movies in my que since very very long and when ever i called for delivery they are not avaliable with you and r always under circulation. (Refer my call on12th &amp; 13th November)

2. Since the call center has been shift too bangalore its creating lots n lots of problems. The employees (MOHAN &amp; AYESHA) are phatetic and really really frustrating. They dont have the accent to speak with indian and mumbaites. all are &quot;Aiyo Aiyo&quot;.

3. I dont have too much time to write and explain my worst bad experiences with 70mm instead i am requesting to arrange for refund of my money, confirm me the refund amount and cancel my sevrvice IMMEIDATELY so as to avoid any legal procedure.

4. YOUR NAME IS GETTING SPOILED FOR THE SERVICES, DVD ETC YOU ARE PROVIDING. PLEASE STOP FOOLING AAM JANTA. CHECK YOUR REVIEWS ON OTHER WEBSITES.

5.DVD quality you provide is with scracthes and they are packed carelessly.</description>

		<description>I am a resident of Bangalore. I have experience similar to that stated by other members. This is my second year of membership with Seventymm. I was highly satisfied with their service last year. They were prompt and delivered right on time with no complain. I renewed my membership one month back but now I really regret. I have been receiving regular sms and emails saying that the movies were dispatched. But nothing so far has happened even after a week. I keep calling them several times.Sometimes they are kind enough to answer my call and sometimes I get a response that all the cc *executives* are *busy*. If by any chance I do get to speak to any of the so-called customer care executives, I am immediately told, &quot;Sorry, there was a technical problem. You will get the CD/DVD today...definitely...surely blah blah&quot;. I am unable to fathom what went so wrong and so suddenly. It was never like this before !!</description>

		<description>My experience with Seventymm has not been great either . After queing up 10 movies on their site , I could only watch 2 movies of my choice . They will never have DVD&#039;s of your choice . Infact , I have a better personal collection . These guys are cheats . Dont trust them.</description>

Half a day later, these guys just seem to say &quot;Sorry sir, system failure&quot; and thus the DVD was not dispatched to you.

I&#039;m sure they can do a lot in terms of investment in SYSTEMS that work in case they want to be the leading online rental service.</description>
