Hey WF Peeps,

I am only a few hundred bucks short of paying off a credit card that I have longed to pay off, and in a last chance effort to gather funds, I am liquidating a few of my side project websites

Basically, I have had the domain for a long ass time now, but finally developed it on June 2nd, this month. Basically I heavily modified a free Wordpress Theme and used the SEO knowledge I have to amplify any efforts that go into the site. Well, in my conquest for creating unique content (all done by myself) I realized it was going to take a bit more time than I thought. So I committed the cardinal sin of marketing and began another project, and another, etc. So I neglected this website now for almost a month, and then noticed it is getting some serious searches for related terms and articles on the FEW articles and reviews I posted.

So I figure, this has to be worth something to someone *I am only taking offers at the moment*, but I will update this thread regularly with the current offer. I do have a number in mind that I will not sell below.

*Revenue in the past 24 days of the active website is only 14 cents.* However, I only have a measly adsense banner at the top of the site. So basically I am not even monetizing it.

*Site obviously built on Wordpress*, newest version.

*I have attached screenshots of analytics*, but trust me, they are nothing great to look at. However, traffic does appear to be coming from search for the few terms I have targeted thus far.

*This website has TONS of potential.* *The domain is awesome* (keyword rich) and the layout of the website is very easy to navigate. I have done all of the work for you, it just needs someone to add content and grow the site.
