Pamela Anderson, 40, Hollywood
actress, former star of Baywatch and
cover girl of Playboy, has married a
third time.
Her man this time is Rick Salomon, 38,
who is best known for his night-vision
sex tape with Paris Hilton, his
girlfriend at the time.
Pamela and Rick, who have been friends
for over 15 years, exchanged vows on
October 6, 2007, at the Mirage hotel
in Las Vegas in front of a small
gathering.
About 60 guests attended the ceremony,
including actors Tobey Maguire, Lukas
Haas, and illusionist Hans Klok.
Family members, including Pamela’s two
children Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9,
from her previous marriage to Tommy
Lee, were also present.
The wedding was not much of a surprise
since news had been circulating since
for a week that the two video-loving
pair had been granted a marriage
license.
Both Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon
have online sex tapes to their credit.
People magazine reported that the
wedding took place in between two
magic shows, and Pamela broke the news
on the show, “Hello, I just got
married…I did, I’m distracted. It’s a
big day. A big day at the office.”
Pamela Anderson was decked in a white
denim Valentino dress, according to
the People magazine’s website.
It is a third marriage for both Pamela
and Rick.
Pamela had tied the knot for the first
time with ex-Motley Crue drummer Tommy
Lee in 1995 after knowing him for only
96 hours. The pair filmed their
honeymoon canters (which found their
way to the internet) and then
divorced, three years and two kids
later, in 1998. In 2006, she married
Kid Rock. That marriage lasted just
four months.
Pamela’s two ex-husbands had caused a
furore at the MTV Video Music Awards
in September 2007 when they fought one
another with their fists.
Rick Salomon, a producer and internet
impresario, was married to voice
actress Elizabeth Daily for five years
and then was married briefly to
Shannon Doherty in 2002. The marriage
with Elizabeth Daily was over when
Elizabeth, star of Beverly Hills
90210, came to know that Rick was back
with his ex-love Paris Hilton and
found out about Rick’s sex tape with
Paris.
Pamela Anderson, who has been a
Playboy cover girl many times (having
first appeared in 1989), is also a
well-known social activist and is an
active member of the animal protection
organization People for the Ethical
Treatment of Animals (PETA).
