Pop icon Britney Spears has served
her mother Lynne Spears with a “legal
paper” restraining her from visiting
Britney’s children. The restraining
order states that Lynne Spears should
stay away from Britney’s kids if she
is taking medication.
According
to TMZ, Britney still blames her
mother for her breakdown earlier this
year. Britney had stayed in a
rehabilitation clinic a few months ago
following the breakdown.
Britney Spears is reportedly concerned
that her mother has her own “issues,”
and has therefore asked her in the
“legal letter” to stay away from her
sons Sean Preston and Jayden James if
she is taking medication that would
impair her ability to be around the
boys.
Apparently, Britney Spears feels that
her mother turned on her in the days
before she entered Promises
rehabilitation clinic. Britney also
feels that Lynne Spears is not stable
enough to be around her children
because she may have her own “issues.”
Britney has now become
super-protective of her children and
is taking back a lot of the control
that others were exercising over her
life.
Britney Spears reportedly handed over
the letter to her mother in a dramatic
fashion. Britney turned up in her
Mercedes convertible to what is
believed to be the set of her sister
Jamie Lynn Spears’ TV show, in
Valencia, California, where she walked
up to her mother and handed her two
pieces of white, folded paper. Lynne
Spears took the papers from her
daughter and began to read them.
Lynn Spears looked stunned as she read
through the paper as seen in a video
shot by Splash News. The two also had
a brief exchange, with Britney
gesturing with her hands in the air.
