? Project Maintenance Engineering work in ESSAR STEEL HAZIRA (SEZ) Ltd since 26 th june 2007 in new mega project, “COREX” (a new technology for Production of Liquid Iron ),of Production capacity 4.9 MTPA Declaration.

? As a Diploma Engineer, in Air Separation Unit since June 2007, I was involved in Errection and Commissioning of Three 1700 TPD Air Separation Plant at Hazira unit. This mainly consists of 2500 MT structural work and 1000 MT of equipment errection, having total power requirement of about 120 MW.

? Which also consists of 3-Siemens make Multistage Centrifugal Air Compressor, Expansion turbine, Cryogenic pumps, plate & fin type heat exchangers, shell & tube type heat exchangers, Packed & Tray type Distillation column.

Job profile : I have been worked in the company since June’2007. I have been deputed in the Project Maintenance in Steel Plant (Corex Project)

Responsibilities

? Quality checking of all the materials which are coming for project.
? Locating all the equipment and structural material in the yard area.
? Errection of three Heavy equipments of oxygen plant Cold Boxes.
? Internal checking of the cold boxes.
? Fabrication and inspection of equipments.
? Mainly Checking & Inspection of Air Products material & equipments.
? Co-ordination of Pump house.
? Distribution of work to associates. Study of manpower requirement.
? Issue of material from supply module.
? Monitoring of process parameters related to quality.
? Ensure proper justifications for losses / problems.
? Give required training to associates.
? Time study & work study for different process in product.
? Analyze problems related to material management for the Root Cause through various problem-solving techniques & ensure implementation of Corrective Actions on Root Cause.
? To inform higher official for any non-conformity.
? Give information to the maintenance dept for brake-down.
