UTV Software Communications Limited (UTV), the leading media and entertainment company based in India, has said that it will enter into a strategic alliance with Bloomberg for content-sourcing as well as for re-branding its business channel UTVi as Bloomberg-UTV.

ET Now will be the name of the new business TV channel being launched by the Times of India group.
