Park Avenue business wear for
women launched

Park Avenue has announced the launch
of ‘Park Avenue Woman’- a complete
range of business wear for women. The
women’s western wear market in India
is estimated at Rs 2,700 crore.
According to news sources, the new
Park Avenue Woman brand has been
designed specially for the working
women professionals. The new design
store which offers three different
lines, was recently unveiled by
Raymond boss Gautam Hari Singhania at
the Park Avenue flagship store in
Mumbai.
The three different lines include
Modern Classic, Urban Chic, and Opium
Delight. While Modern Classic is a
range of business formal wear (which
is predominantly in black and white,
focusing mainly on classic jackets,
blouses and pants for daywear,) the
Urban Chic comes with business leisure
wear, and Opium Delight has a
collection of business evening wear.
The company has said that with the
huge growth in the number of corporate
woman, the western formal wear segment
has huge potential.
With the launch of Park Avenue Woman,
the garment company has said that all
three lines from Park Avenue Woman
would sport distinct styles and fits
that are offered in an array of
exquisite garments.
Reports said that the brand’s line of
business leisure and business evening
wear incorporates crochet and mix and
match and velveteen jackets,
camisoles, bustier along with jackets,
pants, shirts, and blouses. The new
line of garments for the corporate
woman will be sold through exclusive
stores and large format stores.
