I remember those days when I was in Business Standard. The most boring news those days was that Apple is well on the way to its much expected death. Those were the post Jobs - pre Jobs days when he was in Next and Apple was blundering from one mistake to the next.

Seems everyone was pretty clear on the subject. On Peter Griffin's Zigzackly, I came across this which referred to a post by David Pogue in New York Times, essentially a collection of quotes on Apple from those horror days. Do read it, if you are young, and the impermanence of things is just an idea. If you are old, read it and get nostalgic, you old foggie. Don't think, like me, you will be alive till Web 6.0 is here.
