Jayendra Saraswati - hero, villain or just average?

I can't make up my mind on this one.

The police cannot be stupid enough to arrest the Shankaracharya Jayesndra Saraswati unless they were sure they could nail him on this.

Does Jayendra Saraswati have a motive? There is a motive definitely, but how strong is it? Shankararaman could have been just a thorn in the flesh, or he could have been a major threat - we don't know.

If Outlook is right when it comes to the suspicious activities of Jayendra Saraswati and the junior pontiff, then yes, there is definitely a motive. On the other hand, has OUtlook been just fed select data by the Tamil Nadu police? I don't know the answer to that one.

Why is the BJP so taken in by the Shankaracharya? It would have been politically prudent to wait and see which way the investigation goes before they threw in their lot with him. On the other hand, they seem to be not pushing the point even though parliament is in session now.

Wait and watch.
