Kingfisher Airlines Srinagar-Dubai flights

Kingfisher Airlines plans to start Dubai-Srinagar flights soon, DNA has reported.
Kingfisher has applied for a license with the Civil Aviation Ministry for Dubai-Srinagar flights. Kingfisher Airlines has proposed a Srinagar-Dubai flight with a stopover at Delhi.

As of now, Kingfisher Airlines offers 712 daily seats to Srinagar in the domestic sector.

Kingfisher recently kicked off flights from Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, Karnataka, India to Colombo, Sri Lanka, starting January 19, 2009.

Kingfisher Airlines  also plans to lauch a Bangalore-Dubai flight in February 2009 and later in the year, a Mumbai-Bangkok and Bangalore-Bangkok flight.

On January 5, 2009, Kingfisher Airlines launched daily direct Mumbai – London flights.

The Mumbai-London flights take off at 13:45 hours local time and reach London Heathrow’s Terminal 4 at 17:55 hours local time. The flight from London Heathrow takes off at 20:30 hours and arrives at Mumbai the next day at 11:00 hours.

Despite the bleak economic climate with Airlines slashing fares and cancelling flights, Kingfisher Airlines is looking positive, though it too has cut fares. In early January 2009, Kingfisher Airlines cut fares on its business class and economy flights. It also announced special offers like free companion ticket for business class travelers.

Kingfisher Airlines has also tied up with Hilton Honors, the guest reward program of the Hilton Hotel network of more than 3000 hotels.
