Emirates business class companion offer for flights from Chennai

Emirates Business Class companion offer for flights ex-Chennai have been announced.

Emirates said that all business class passengers on Emirates flights from Chennai can book return tickets for a companion of their choice for whom the flight ticket price will be half of the actual price. For example, if you are booking a return flight ticket from Chennai to Dubai for Rs 35,000, you can also book a return flight ticket your spouse or your friend or any other companion of your choice in the same sector for Rs 17,500. This amounts to a 50% discount on the Emirates business class fare. The only condition is that the companion must depart and arrive with the passenger.

Emirates flies 163 flights every week from 10 airports in India to Dubai. Emirates connects Indian travellers to over 100 destinations in 61 countries via Dubai. However, keep in mid that the business class companion offer is open only for ex-Chennai return flight tickets. Emirates added that Skywards members can also benefit from the additional miles to be earned from this offer to destinations like New York and London.

Emirates is always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance the benefits its customers receive and its companion offer is one such step, said Orhan Abbas, Emirates, Vice President India & Nepal. He said that EMirates always receives great response for its offers, encouraging the airline to launch more such initiatives for its customers.

An Emirates press release also said that flight tickets for Chennai-London on business class tickets is Rs 1,05,000. So, the companion will have to pay only Rs 52,500. Chennai-New York business class flight fare is Rs 1,40,000, for which the companion pays only Rs 70,000.
