Travellers from Trivandrum is being offered ‘special super value’ Atlantis packages valid until April, 30, 2009 by Emirates in partnership with Atlantis flagship resort.
The offer, which starts at Rs 66,189 onwards for Economy class includes return airfare from Trivandrum to Dubai as well as three night’s accommodation in addition to an extra night’s complimentary stay.
Packages with First Class travel start from Rs 1, 10,069 while, Business class starts from Rs 88,068. All fares including Economy class are on a twin-sharing basis and include buffet breakfast as well as meet and assist upon arrival. Alternatively, passengers opting for a 6-night package at the Atlantis are also eligible for two extra complimentary night’s stay. The offer also includes unlimited access to Aquaventure, the biggest water-themed attraction in the Middle East, The Lost Chambers , which is home to 65,000 marine animals, and preferential rates to play with the dolphins at Dolphin Bay.
According to an Emirates official, “With the beginning of the New Year, we have launched a special offer to all our passengers providing an opportunity to experience the resort of Atlantis. Our packages every year are a huge success and receive an overwhelming response from our passengers.”
As a bonus, these special offers are also timed to coincide with the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). The Dubai Shopping Festival is a month long event which began on January 15 . The Dubai Shopping Festival has always been an attraction over the years for flyers from Trivandrum.
Emirates has seen an increase in business and leisure traffic from Trivandrum. The Atlantis offer comes as part of its thanksgiving to flyers from the Keraaa capital. Emirates currently operate eight weekly flights from Trivandrum and over 150 flights from 10 Indian destinations. The airline will operate 163 weekly flights from India with effect from 1st February 2009.
