Yamaha FZ16 bike comments, customer feedback and kudos

This is something I have been postponing for a long time, and apologies to all those who posted comments on DWS Auto India about the Yamaha FZ16. I just could not publish all the comments. The reason is that the yamaha FZ16 stories on this site already have 100-plus comments, and publishing more comments from users about the bike was making the page incredibly long, and it would take too long to load. That would be bad for anyone on a slow connection.

On the other hand, even 2-3 months after the launch of the Yamaha FZ16, comments have been flowing in. No wonder, we see riders on FZ16s wherever we turn!

So what we have done here is this: Instead of publishing the comments on the actual story pages, we have published them all, in one shot, on this page.

The Yamaha FZ16 just missed being crowned the Indian motorcycle of the year 2009 – it lost the battle to its sibling, the YZF-R15. But considering the price of that motorcycle and the performance, I am of the opinion that the FZ-16 deserved the crown.

And our readers seem to agree. Here, we have published the comments, criticisms, enquiries, feedback and reviews by a pile of readers whose comments we could not publish on the original Yamaha FZ16 stories. Never mind.

It is crazy reading, so read on only if you can handle SMS lingo, Indian English and zero grammar. But no complaints, our readers make this site, and we love them anyway – bad spelling or not!

well dude i would sugest u to go for yamaha fz16 as it is one of the best bike with good quality and the ever best performence i think simply going for apache fi go for fz16 it simply the sporty look i wish if i can afford that much of amount

Hi,

This is Santosh I am the owner of the New Yamaha FZ 16 bike. Recently the extra fittings for the bike has released.
I inform to all those guys who have Yamaha FZ 16 bike not to fix the foot rest and safety rod because of fixing up the foot rest the Mud-Guard of the bike is getting damage and the company is not going to replace for this. By fixing up the safety rod the fornt two panels are getting damage. So be sure all of u guys before fixing the extra fittings to u r bikes.

hey man it is not gud than pulsar bcoz it have 2 sparkplughs and p150 is 14.2 bhp power and fz only 14 bhp fz ki toh pulsar ke samne pickup lene me hi phat jayegi and in race fz is suks in sidestand look pulsar looks bettr than fz

there is no doubt that the bike is too good…it is the real attention grabber….
but i am sad to say that the management of yamaha india sucks…i visited three times to yamaha showroom which is located in malad ..the very first showroom of yamaha india pvt ltd in India, but they had not responded properly..Also they did not deliver the bike at the promised date.I think Yamaha should think abt the management…bcoz without the good management and customer satisfaction the company despite of its good brandname cannot grow in country like india.

The company should launch one more variant FZ16 offering more power (18-20bhp) because the mielage of existing model is quite satisfactory but 14 bhp is quite dissapointing for riders who need more power. BY doing so company can cater the needs of both categories

who are searching for good mielage and those who need more power) & the company can give stiff competion to it rivals Bajaj & TVS.

hie asalamwalikum me abdul wahid here from bombay using your bike tamaha RX 100 from last 10 years and now i was going to buy a new bike may be unikorn but when i heard about this model i went to many showroom but on display there where no pcs to see after i visited to net and saw the pic and then i booked this bike from patel automobile and made the advance payment and waiting for January for my bike and its a nice bike wid a beautiful looks
