Auto major Toyota Kirloskar Motor is set to add sparkle to the coming festival season and lure more customers to its showrooms by kicking off a unique Drive ‘n’ Zoom service campaign. The campaign would be applicable to all Toyota models across India. A tailor-made service campaign meant for Toyota customers, Drive ‘n’ Zoom would offer 25 points free check up and also several service packages along with value added services in an effort to enhances the overall ownership experience of Toyota customers.
The campaign will be conducted at all Toyota dealerships during October 1 to October 31, 2008 and will underlines the importance of periodic maintenance that is mandatory to keep the vehicle in healthy condition, the car maker has said. Besides, packages with an opportunity to win gifts would also be on offer. Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the joint venture between Toyota Motor Corporation and the Kirloskar Group, has invested close to Rs ,500 crore in its Bdadi plant and employs over 2,400 people. The plant started production in December 1999 and has an installed capacity of manufacturing 60,000 vehicles per annum.
Speaking at the launch of the campaign, K Kuroda, senior executive coordinator – customer service division, Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, “This is an opportunity to serve our privileged customers better whilst ensuring their safety, comfort and a trouble free journey. Further, this helps us to be in constant touch with our customers and would be instrumental in strengthening our relationships with them.”
The campaign would run for the whole month at all Toyota locations across India.
